1986 yılında otelcilik yaşamına başlayan Mehmet Mülayim, Ankara Hilton, The Marmara İstanbul, The Marmara Antalya, Radisson Blu Hotel İstanbul, Ankara ve Kayseri, Corinthia Hotels International Türkiye ofisi, Hillside Su Hotel, Ramada Plaza İstanbul, Antalya, Nuh’un Gemisi Deluxe Hotel & Casino, OTI Holding - Otium Hotels olmak üzere birçok yerli ve yabancı işletme zinciri, franchise ve münferit işletmede üst düzey yönetici olarak görev almıştır. Kariyeri boyunca bir çok tesisi sıfırdan kurarak işletmeye açmış, konsept oluşturulması, mimari destek de dahil olmak üzere takım oluşturulması, personel eğitimi, iş planlaması, satış ve pazarlama gibi sorumlulukları kurduğu ekipleri birlikte üstlenmiştir.

Prepared and coordinated all purchase of FF&E & operational equipment’s. Hired all management team members and guided management team at hiring the best team members. Created and conducted pre-opening and opening PR, Sales and Marketing activities together with DOSM. All procedures have been prepared and settled according to the chain requirements.
